kind of nature; consisting of similar parts, or of elements of the
like nature; -- opposed to heterogeneous; as,
homogeneous particles, elements, or principles;
homogeneous bodies.
2. (Alg.) Possessing the same number
of factors of a given kind; as, a homogeneous
polynomial.
